Car doesnt want to go like it did once

Hey guys im new to the scene here, as i was saying my car is rough idling, low rpms, wont go past 35 mph and the list goes on idk what to do I've replaced sparks ign. Coils... can someone help a Mexicant out

Coupe 6MT Premium RAS

Plug in an OBD2 scanner and see what codes it's throwing. If you're in limp mode it's got codes stored.
