. I bought my 2004 Infiniti G35 coupe about 2 years ago, high mileage, guy never told me that the timing set had never been changed, long story short, that engine isn't any good, so I bought another out of a 2004 g35, pulled the bad engine, installed purchased engine, which did great till it blew the lower radiator hose off, ran hot and started knocking.
. I pulled the engine, installed new piston rings, deglazed the cylinders, then honed new crosshatching, new con rod bearings, new main bearings, new oil pump and waterpump, new gaskets, new ....Anyway, put it all back it and no fire at the plug gap on all 6 cylinders.
