2008 Infiniti G35X Sedan. LOVE MY CAR! I would like to do a few things to it as I can
WHAT DO YOU THINK?? Minor accident/front grille & bumper replaced/Headlights replaced
Someone backed into my car which required a stay at the body shop for repairs. I had both headlight assembly replaced however I had LED bulbs in my old ones therefore I requested these bulbs be put into the new headlights. After 4 weeks in the shop this is what it looks like... LED bulbs were not installed as requested?? Headlight does not fit properly Headlight does not fit properly .. LED bulbs not installed as requested?? Headlight does not fit properly
What do you think? I'm not happy with it and will be taking her back tomorrow to see what can be done.

Reason: Failed to ask the view points of what others think about the headlights and how they fit

Took car back to the shop. Respectfully I went over all the issues with the manager. Then asked where my LED bulbs were and he said that they were installed into the new lights as requested. I politely said, "No Sir they were not". I then turned them on to validate my truth. So... LED bulbs ordered because they threw away mine($250.00). The shop of course is paying for the replacements. Once they come in i am to return my car so they can break it back down to CORRECTLY install bumper so it lines up as it should with front fenders etc.. then just maybe the headlights will actually fit properly once everything else is in its place. So who should be responsible for the rental car when my G35 is being repaired for the 2nd time?? Since the shop is at fault I thing the shop should cover the expense of a rental. I dont think the insurance adjuster will agree to pay for rental this time. What do y'all think? Opinions and input welcomed l! Thank you@
