Its so worthit. The - oh - 60 hour drive for 2 days to do the headlights, lol. But you will be looking righteous when you return! lol.

 

lol i agree amanda! but no time i have been waiting to find time to polish my plenum and valve cover but that seems like it wont happen till i take next weekend off for auto cross

 

Eh, we can do that too while your down here. Makes the trip more worthwhile! LOL!

 

lol sounds good! so my age finally came into place when my parents told me i wasnt allowed to drive the g in auto cross next weekend :-( so now i have to drive my del sol

 

I miss my Del Sol sometimes . That little car was so much fun!

 

amanda used to have a del sol! lol thats awesome yeah it is really fun and it has cut springs strut tower, and some really sticky tires, 105 horsepower doesnt seem like much until you see that thing corner. hope its nice enough to race without the top

 

Ooooooo I loved that lil car. And your right, it doesnt seem like much hp, but considering the damn thing weighs like 85 lbs its alot, lmao! Yep, I had a 96 green/blue for my "Sunday Driver" It was awesome, and the 5spd was really tight. It was well maintained by older folks - when I bought it in 03 it only had 45k on it. We only had it for a year and I found out I was preggy...no carseat in there!! LOL! It was a pain to get that targa top off by myself, but I learned, and it was the most awesome feeling to drive around on a nice day with the back window down and wind in my hair.

Ahhhhhh, memories. I REALLY miss that car!

 

i have a whole system for getting that thing off. lol im hoping it will do good enough for me to place, im in the ds class for now but im thinking after they see i have a header exhaust intake and the other stuff on their i might be moved to ms with the bmw's that wont be good lol

 

so...you wanna talka bout the damn autocross event or what?!

You don't want to race without the top in, chassis flex sucks. My targa top supra did the same damn thing. it's actually kinda scary

 

lol i just talked to you on amanda's thread man! yeah im a member of autosports northwest now and they have events at a local airport every two weeks. i tried it two weeks ago and fell in love. the del sol handles like a beast but it needs a little more power so i see a turbo in the very near future.
