Had to wait 30 minutes on the phone just to talk to the service department and told me to wait a week for a loaner car because they only have 1 !!(I saw 5 of them on the lot on the day I brought my car).
Intend to fix the door rattles and asked them to adjust the aim of my headlight beam, quoted $60 for the adjustment labor. Around 2:30 pm they called and said my car is done and ready to be picked. Went there an hour later just to be shocked that the didn't do anything with my car !! They said that the vin number on my car implies that they should have done the service in the first place so it's unnecessary to do it again. They also didn't adjust my headlight because there were adjustment caps installed and they couldn't adjust it anymore !! So basically they didn't do anything and it them 6 hours to figure that out !!! OMG what is happening here !!!

 

I could have told you that! Where abouts do you live. I really hate Infiniti of Dublin aka Columbus. They're *******s to boot! They wouldn't even talk to my younger brother when he wanted to sit in one, and he's 20. I hope you didn't buy it there. If its not too mush trouble go to Dayton, I've heard mush better stories there.

 

was it really nessicary to bleep out sucks. hahah sorry but yeah i have herd a lot of bad stuff about the one in columbus Infiniti of bedfor is also pritty good if u can come up north they will take good care of you.

 

I like Infiniti of Dayton better than Dublin. They ordered what I wanted and were easier to work with. I haven't had to try it yet, but they will come and get the car in columbus if it needs warranty work done.

 

The major problem with Infiniti of Columbus is that ALL their warranty AND bodyshop work is done by a 3rd party (aka Rush Bodyshop). So, in many instances they call their third party, which in turn sends out someone to work your vehicle. They basically change oil there...... Just some food for thought.
