To make a long story short, I'm having major issues with Infiniti of Willow Grove. The Readers Digest version:

- Made service appt a week in advance
- Dropped car off for a day of service (rattles, seat wobble, grease streaks, etc)
- 4 days later I finally get my car back - 4/5 issues not resolved, window tint scratched and according to my OBDII Chip, they beat my car with 14 hard accelerations and 8 hard brakes over 14 different trips in my car!!!

I raised my concerns with the Service Manager, Jim, and the General Manager, Stuart. What a joke! I contacted Consumer Affairs and they've pretty much been unhelpful as well.

Not sure where to go from here. I asked the GM for a telephone number and/or email address of the dealership owner (Don Rosen), but he will not give it to me. His last email stated "unfortunately it seems that infiniti of willow grove will not be able to meet your standards of service." and tried to push me off to another dealership.

Anyone have suggestions on where to go from here? I've already filed an online complaint with the BBB and PA Attorney General and I'm awaiting their replies.

wow.....I got my G35C from them....they have a wall filled with "thank you" letters from customers.....thanks for the heads up...I will do my service some where else

 

what due you have to due to get that type of info from that OBD chip. i would have gone ballistic if that happened to me.
that sucks. i'm suppose to take my coupe to bennett in allentown. they offered to pickup my car. i live 150 mi. away. i said no way and your experience is exactly why i said no.

 

I simply plug it in the serial cable that came with it and download the logs to my computer. Very glad I had it...

Wow. That's a bummer. I've had mine serviced there and haven't had any problems with their service yet. Sometimes I wait while they work on it, other times they call when it's done and it's always been done on time or earlier. Had the rear brakes done in the summer after only 6500 miles (and before the new brake warranty) and there was no problem.

hey,what happened with the don rosen complaint?. hope you got some type of consumer revenge. those guys have it coming.

 

It's still in progress. We've each exchanged letters to the BBB...Jim the Service Manager keeps downplaying the abuse, even though he nor the general manager were interested in seeing the printouts...

You couldn't pay me enough to ever take another vehicle there again...not even my winter beater hooptie!

I bought a coupe with huge scratches on the driver side door, which were covered by touchup paint....i didn't notice the scratches till about a month later..
i complained but they refused to even accept that they knew anything about the touchup..
btw my parents pickuped the car for me..coz i was at school.

i don't recommend anyone goin to Willow grove...

 

if it makes any of you feel better, me and my dad test drove that blue demo coupe twice and hit the rev limiter a bunch of times on semi auto mode. the sales guy was nice.
