OK - I've recently realized my local dealer sucks. Who or where can I find good regular service. I don't do oil chanegs anymore, but I'm getting sick of being charged $50 for an oil service!

my former place to do business with was Competition in Smithtown.

thanks for your time Kenny. It was nice to finally have someone at Infiniti listen to what I had to say. Their consumer affairs people said they would try to get to the bottom of my problem and get me a resolution. I am, however, vowed to never again return to Smithtown!!

Wow and now I see that even the once "Great" Competition Infiniti is getting crapped on left and right on these forums...

In the beginning like 03-04 they had a nice rep....looks like its going down the tubes ....oh well seems to be the trend..

Well so far so good with Massapequa for me...
