This is not a major problem, but it got me really hot... it goes to the poor customer service and bulls**t promises that were made by the sales and service departments in the Willow Grove, PA Infiniti dealership.

I scheduled a simple maintenance & service visit over a month ago with this dealership. Purchased my '04 coupe there in 2005. I had received a bonus detailing coupon in the mail and though I'd let them go over the G. Well they kept my car for the entire day, gave me smoke encrusted Taurus as a loaner, and then decided to forego my prescheduled work because they sold 2 new vehicles and had to prep them first. I couldn't believe the service department was that insensitive.

I told them I was going to let 10,000 G drivers know what happened cause nobody should have to experience that kind of incompetence.

Burned up in Eastern PA and thought you should all know.

 

I bet they really cared that you were going to tell everone. That is the problem with our society these days...Nobody Gives A ****!

That sucks man. They probably figured they've already made an impression on you. Well at least your service department didn't ruin the finish on your brand new Volk's and put in regular oil when it should have been synthetic, like mine did at Infiniti of Maple Shape/Cherry Hill. At least they gave me a 06' G35X as a loaner.

 

That sucks. I have heard from others that the service department is not that great there. I go to Ardmore or West Chester and their service departments are great! They know me pretty well at Ardmore and I have not had a problem at all with them so far.

 

+1 To that! I hate Infiniti of Willow Grove. First off they take forever to do anything. Get your car washed when it's done? Well then you gotta wait about an extra 45min. Get a loaner (an Infiniti)? Wait two weeks. They replaced my cd changer and I forgot the cds inside, so they said that they would get them back for me....Two yers later and I still don't have them. They damaged one of my OEM Rims and promised me a new one the next time I came in...Still no new rim. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone, and the only reason that I use it is for convenience when I have to be there.

yeah went there when i was shopping, didn't seem all too bad.

but West Chester on the other hand.....don't get me started with those A hole salesmen

 

Ok for service, I go to Ardmore and West Chester. I do agree, the salesman at least the one I have dealt with, are just what they are "car salesman."
