I'm posting this up to let everyone know about the meet that we had in long island this past Saturday (Nov. 1st). We had 13 G's show up from various parts of NY, CT, and NJ. The weather was great and boy did we get looks from the Mall traffic. I had a great time meeting with all these G owners and definitely learned a few things from them. It was a great day for a cruise but unfortunately I had to be somewhere at a certain time so couldn't get that part of it going. Although, a couple of G's did decide to take a cruise down to Jones beach and I'm hoping that they had a good time with that. Pics of the meet will be posted soon. I also wanted to thank each person that showed up to the meet to make it a success.

after you left. A few of us still stayed behind and this guy came up to us and told us his friends has a show on public acess TV. He said that the show is about cars and stuff like that and the the owner of the show has the G35 as well, and been wanting to do a group G meet and put it on his show. He gave me the guys number to call up. He said next time we do something like that, we should call him up and they'll bring out a film crew or a camera and tape the whole thing and put it on TV.
the number is 516-808-2797 the guys name starts with a T...but i forgot the rest.

You should call him up and talk to him about getting out with us next time. I wouldnt mind if our next made a TV appearance even if it is PUBIC tv.

PS - Good job on organizing a meet.
We should have... had name tags or something that way we can remember eachothers name.

Wow...that's great. For our next meet we'll definitely get in touch with this guy. Thanks for the info (if you do think of the name let me know The idea about name tags sounds good too and we could put it to practice for the upcoming meets. I have the list of names of everyone who showed up to the meet and will be sending out an e-mail to everyone shortly.

I say just call up and ask. I think it was Tarish or something like that.

I'd suggest we get in touch with him now... that way he can check out the board and know more about this.

I wish some of the G owners would be more into doing their own mods. That way we can do an install day and take pictures and do write ups for the board.
