I just wanted to let everyone know what great service I received this past week @ Altered Atmosphere. I went there with a rattle noise I thought was a bad cat and they fixed my Fuji exhaust that was hitting a crossmember after a poor install. While I was there I also had my ECU flashed. The whole process took about an hour and my car came back better than ever. The rattle is gone and the car has new found energy from the flash. I have noticed greater pick up in the mid range rpm's. I am very pleased with the service and will be heading back for some more upgrades in the future.

Nice! What did they charge you for the flash? Did you dyno before and after? What kind of flash was it?

 

$600 for an ECU re-flash which enhances fuel and timing ignition maps, eliminates speed limiter and raises rev limiter to 7100 rpm. No time for the dyno. I will go back later for that.

 

What brand flash?

Is this modified version a generic tune or was it a custom map for his car?

 

I know someone who ordered an exhaust from AAM in October and has not received it or had any response via email inquiries. Way to go AAM.

 

I believe it is a generic tune as my car is not FI or heavily modded yet.

AAM has had my car more than I have in the last year. In the end service was acceptable but timing was not IMO.
