How is south-bound FDR traffic at 5:30?

How is south-bound FDR traffic at 5:30?
Need to head to SoHo today at 5:30 from NJ. Never taken the FDR all the way down at that time. I avoid the FDR like the plague in my G, so most of the time I get off at the triboro exit whenever I do take it. Wondering if I should just head down the TP and take the Holland instead.

Make sure you have a full tank and some CD's .... lol
IMO it's half of one or another, choose your poison. Keep in mind the Holland inbound to Manhattan has less lanes going in during rush hour. They reverse lanes going outbound (Manhattan).
It's times like this you wish you had an AT ...lol
