hey just a random question can the dealership tune/make it perform btr ecu with our oem computers ??

 

Zerk could you please post some more ifo on MRC, a contact maybe.

 

I always thought disconnecting the battery for 12hrs will clean up the ecu.

only thing you can tune is timing advance and retard...

i haven't done it but we're trying to see what is possible and impossible

kenny i have a guy from kely infinti willing to do my ecu, sould i have him clean it up with the inifnti cpu ?? prob be free is it worth the time

 

you're not going to do much except reset your a/f ratio and bump the timing.

 

is that worth it, if its free or should i just wait until i get re flash from techno square

 

playing with the timing or retardation is a VERY dangerous game. it might feel good temporarily but could have serious consequences later on... the factory ECU is a self learning ecu, it records the environment that our cars are and has a set wide parameter to self adjust according to the air density/ temp etc... bumping timing or retarding just interferes with it and can lead to either running lean or rich depending on the weather. get a technosquare reflash or UTEC or you can wait for us to release the HYDRA.
