After months of seeing sedans only ( and 1 coupe at a cruise night) I finally saw a blue coupe like mine! Pulled alongside a waved and the couple inside looked at me like I had 2 heads.

I'm looking to get BC Coilovers myself. How much? Where did you get 'em? Was the install difficult?

As I remember they were something like 1050. and came with extenders for the rear. I got them from Import Image Racing. I didn't install them but had it done. They were not difficult to install but the height adjustment took a long time to work out, and it cost a little more than I thought it would to have them installed. And I think it ended up just a little lower than I wanted for New England at this time of year. So I'd like to raise it something like 1/4 to 1/2 all around from where it is. The damper adjustment is something you can easily play with until you get it where you like it. The handling with this setup is really quite remarkable. It's really something very much like a sports car ride. . . in a decent sized fairly luxurious sedan with AWD. I also have a Stillen sway bar on the rear and a GSPEC strut bar on the front, but I think with the Coilovers and the drop that stuff is not very significant in what it's doing. There was a vast change in the ride once the Coilovers were installed.

1050 isn't too bad. They were going for about $850 a couple of months back. I'll prolly get 'em after winter and do it myself an drop it about an inch. I've heard lots of good things about them. So adjusting the height gave you some problems? Do you have to take the wheel off?
