I have no complaints about Infiniti, but Herb Chambers Westboro is quite confused on what proper customer support is supposed to be.
They've had my car for about 3 months now... someone was bound to spot me there sooner or later.

Yeah, that's me. They were supposed to call me back and get me a loaner two weeks ago... haven't heard a word from them.

Thanks!lol, you should see the pile of parts on top of 2 tool boxes....I'll look tomorrow. I doubt anything would go missing....just maybe double check the locations when you get the car back.
Oh damn...lol I just started. I saw it and recognized it right away, then realized where I had seen it before when I saw your license plate frame (which I want one of...lol) Just wasn't sure if someone had copied you a little or not. I'll ask the service adviser give you a call tomorrow.
I have no idea what phase of repair my car is in or when it will be done.... and I'm still without a loaner.
I truly despise that dealership and will never again be found there once this is through... for service or future sales.

wow..i'm glad i go to Infiniti of Norwood for my service needs...Kerry, sve mgr, is awesome...she always takes care of me...i even sumtimes get an M37 as a loaner...i'm suppose to drop my car off there next weekend...and my friend Kiko does all my work for me...wouldn't trust anyone else...if u ever need anything, let me know guys...
