Middletown Rotary Car Show
9:00AM-3:00PM
Located on the North Lawn of Historic Fort Adams
The 6th Annual Fort Adams in the Fall Car Festival
will feature a display of over 200 cars, trucks, vans and motorcycles
on the North Lawn of Historic Fort Adams.
Prizes will be awarded in a variety of classes.
Radio DJ “Crusin Bruce” will entertain with a mix of oldies songs.
Food and beverage (non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase.
I'll go to this...it's beautiful down there.

Ya its Bruce Palmer the guy that used to do B101 http://www.cruisinbruce.com old timers music..(i dont go there for the music). anyways typically in October, he holds a car show event @ Fort Adams $10 to enter... its a pretty good time, and a great time for some pretty sweet pics, especially with the Bridge and sail boats in the back ground, and one year there was actually a cruise ship docked...

All right boys, i know its still early but just to keep in mind is some sort of caravan location... I'll be in my hometown Somerset, MA, which depending on how it is that your planning on getting down there could potentially be on the way... Assuming that google maps (mapquest sucks) eventually throws you onto 195E then we could meet up @ a park and drive and then i can lead the rest of the way... its a thought also te earlier we get there the better chance we can start gettin the whips all purrty and clean. The classes are voted by that of the entries, some of the old timers like to get that over with asap, so typically you can get more votes when the car already looks clean and whatnot.... anyways its just a thought... we as a group need to determine a meeting place just so that i can hop on in...

the only thing is when i go to Newport, i dont get onto 195E but much earlier on 95, there is a break off towards Newport.. perhaps i can lead the team from CT down to a rest stop before that exit and you could meet us down there to lead the way? I agree, getting there early and getting the cars cleaned up is a good idea.. what time do you think we shoudl meet at?
