Thanks for all the informative posts. I think the consensus here is for the area dealerships to improve responsiveness and stop the BS and the lack of understanding when someone asks for a G with specific options.

I was barraged with a bunch of offers on cars that almost matched my wanted options that I wasn't interested in. Most notably the interior color which was a big deal for me. The other issue was dealerships making a deal with me to buy right away for a car that they didn't even have on their lot.

I ended up cancelling my order with Jim Coleman since I was able to find the car I wanted in NY before he did. Goes to show how hard this guy was working for me when I made my request and said I wanted this car ASAP!

Anyhow I picked up my G yesterday and I'm very happy. I went with Infiniti of Massapequa in Long Island and I was happy with the responsiveness, honesty (they had the car on the lot), and the ease of the whole buying process.

Now I can stop being a wannabe hanging out at g35driver.com and be one of you all.
