Can't say that I know a lot about Mid-Atlantic tuners, but I do know that Josh at First State Motorsports in Delaware is a great tuner and FSM does some nice fab work.

I don't really know any shops in MA, except KTR, and I can't even remember for sure if that's in MA. Got any to add?
