Just got my G35 coupe tinted at Solar Solutions tinting in Bedford and I am very happy with the results. Shelton Who is the owner and one of the tinters installed my tint and clear bra just on the headlights. Theres a nice lounge with a flat screen tv and ps2 to play while you wait. He has tinted many high end cars including tinting for herb chambers BMW. Here are some pictures. I got 20% on the back window/side triangle windows, 35% on the sides and 20% strip on the top of the windshield. heres the link to his site:

I got mine done there as well. He does great work, I highly recommend. The price was good too but he gave me a little discount since I knew him from a motorcycle forum.

He charged me $150 for the window tint with the free windshield strip and $25 per headlight for the clear bra. Suntek carbon film is the tint he uses. The film also does not have any metal layers that may interfere with cell phones, radio, or navigation system. I had also mentioned I saw him in a Subaru forum so he gave me the discounted price. I told him I would post on G35driver so mybe mention this site too.

 

oh and it took about an hour to do the whole thing. There was another guy by the name of bruno who was pretty good at applying the tint that worked with sheldon.

 

Never heard of Suntek carbon film. How are the reviews on them? I have always gone with Llumar. $150 is a good price! I paid $210 for mine, but I am very satisfied with the installation and quality.

Okay Here are some details:
1. Every piece is machine cut to your car specs. He places make and model and machine starts cutting.
2. Back is one piece
3. Great customer serivce
4. If you have exisiting tint, I believe he said it was $20 to strip.
5. He charged me $150 for the Z.
6. I am recommending him to all of Team 350 Gz
7. Easy location off of 128 in Bedford, MA
8. Fronts are 35% and backs are 29% I believe. He has a tint meter that the cops use to place on your windows to gaurentee you won't get a ticket (if what he puts on is legal)
9. Let me know if you guys have anymore questions, and no I am not getting kickback from him. I just think its hard to find someone to do tint that doesnt try and take you to the bank and do a sh*tty job on top of it.

 

looks nice and high, the only reason i ask is cause some ppl do a nice job until you roll down your window and have a 1/2" gap @ the top of the window thats not tinted, how well did he get the Dot Matrix located @ the top of the back windshield, i only ask cause i got a ****ty job done on my back windshield, and the sides are wicked light on mine (42 maybe 43%)
