I was thinking about having all four side windows tinted on a 2008 G35x.

Can anyone recommend a good window tint installer in the greater Philadelphia area?
Any recommendations in general about window tinting?
How much $$$ is a good deal for all four tinted?

I think PA law says 70% light/30% tint is the max allowed.

There is a guy right over off of south street bridge near 76. I have been to him twice and they do a great job, quick too. You are correct on the window tint, but I got 20% done, never had a problem except when I got my FX and got pulled over for running a red light, and he tells me to take the tint off if I want a reduced charge...so I did.

I think I paid $150 or a little less for all four windows and the back windshield, but this was a few years ago. I don't think it should be too much higher.

 

I am from Harrisburg and just had all five windows tinted 20% on my G35 this past Saturday. I paid $20 per window. Took about 30 minutes.

 

I've had all my cars done at this place called Eric's Alarms on Grant Ave between The Roosevelt blvd and Bustleton. They may charge a bit more but all their work has a guarantee and most of cutting is done my a high tech machine connected to a computer with all of the windows sizes and dimensions on file. I believe it may cost $180 for a sedan but you get what you pay for.

 

Got mine done here in Downingtown... Colbert's Car Care. I think it was about $180. Tinted 20% black. Black on black right now on my coupe. It rocks!!!! They definitely did a good job with that slight roll down on the windows when you close the door.

And tint in PA is like 99% or something b/c my bro just got a ticket for his 35% tint.....

Guess it depends on the cop.

 

Sunsational in Bridgeport is a great spot. If you pay cash they give you a discount. My friends and I have had about 8-10 cars done there and they never dissapoint. I've seen some good jobs out there but not as good or detail oriented as this place.
