Missing dog in the Bowie / Lanham (MD) area

Friends of mine were in an auto accident the day before Thanksgiving, traveling on 50 near 193. The car flipped a few times before coming to a rest. The couple was transported to a hospital, treated and released. Their 2 dogs (greyhound and a Scottish deerhound) escaped. The greyhound was struck and killed by a car. The deerhound is still at-large.

If anyone has seen a large fuzzy dog running loose in the Bowie / Lanham vicinity, shoot me an email at carmanj-at-mac-dot-com with details (where, description of dog, etc). Would really appreciate it.

We've carpeted the area with flyers, but may have to go back and remove some since the Town of Bowie has issued a warning. (Large fines there - $100 per violation/flyer)

@Pet rescue peeps - if you can spread the word among your organization(s) I'd appreciate it.
