Sounds fun!

I think a list should be made of things that people need to bring and then everyone could just update by putting their name(s) next to the item....this way we dont have like 10 people bringing a grill and no one bringing burgers lol

Good call, i think we need the basics:
1) Grill
2) Burgers
3) hot dogs
4) soda
5) Beer
6) chips/cookies
7) Cooler

- feel free to add whatever to the list. Matt and I will start looking into good locations.

I can bring burgers, steaks, chops and sausages... some sides/chips.... if someone has a grill... hahaha I broke mine this weekend when I kicked it during another loosing yankee game lol.... but Im trying to get a small webber.... so I can definitely grill...... what about beers/drinks? probably just need a 30 or 2.... and some wine coolers for Allen.. hahahahJK

We just need to get a good vibe on how many will show up so we can plan

I mentioned Walnut Beach in Milford, they have a pavillion that we can rent, an they charge $5 for non-residents to park there. I have a call into the town to see if we can rope off a section, and just pay for this upfront so people can roll in without having to pay. Its right on the beach, close to our bars.... big parking lot, a roof, plenty of grilling area with room for volleyball etc... oh yeah... I'll bring a bocce set, and they have horseshoes there... Im leaving the lawn darts at home considering what happens when beer and lawndarts are mixed hahah..... just not sure if A) the weather will be as good as it has been this early in May but F**k it B) if we should wait until mid summer to get that big event going C) not sure if its too far for RI/MA guys (and gal )for such short notice. There are many other places in FFLD county, but "@the beach" is where its at... should we do a more neutral location so more can come... like Sage Park area?

I think I have 2 large coolers.... and I have some ice. I can bring trash bags, pp plates, cups etc
& I'll bring some other food if Alaina is bringing burgers and dogs... I'll also grab some sides/chips.... we just need a grill! & MORE PEOPLE!!

So where should we do this?

Yea but where in Rocky Hill? I cant think of a good park in that area to do this. We need to get this figured out quickly so people can plan. Milford would be cool since there is a good scene down here and the bars are near by.
