Thats a sweet deal you got going there. I want to buy my mothers 96 4 runner but she wount sell!! So Im left beating the G day in and day out. Of course for what I paid for my wheels I could have bought a used Huandi but what fun is that lol.

it starting to look like the meet is gettin big and i drove by that gas station (queens convoy meeting spot) the other day on the gcp and i doesn't look like it could hold that many cars. and it also a bytch to get out of that gas station with all the *******s and ricers zippin by

haha, sorry about that...but yea i don't think i'll be attending. my friend is having a bbq that day for his birthday anyway.

i've had my car for 4 weeks and i only have 400 miles on it.
most of my driving is to and from work which is 50 miles a day in my accord, and any other jersey driving is in my G.

if anything changes, time/location...post it up. if bbq goes awry, then MAYBE i'll drive on over [img]/w3timages/icons/smile.gif[/img]

There will only be maybe 6-8 cars max so far of people meeting at the Mobile station on GCP for the Queens Convoy to the meet and it should hold us with no problem....if not its not a definate spot yet....
I was suggesting it because you dont have to get off the highway to get to it and most spots off the GCP service road you cant park there....

As far as people zipping by and ricers....WorldsYours, We all got a sub 6.5 sec. zero-60....we will blast into that traffic with little effort!...gotta love that torque!
I'll investigate another spot and post....but you know no one said yes or no about the Mobile as the Queens convoy spot....so I had no idea....
I'll pull into the Mobile station and see what it will hold and if its no good I'll get another spot and post OK.
I'll be starting a new thread with the Queens Convoy meet-up spot as days get closer...

your right with that 1 NYCG35. ill look around as well. i no a few spots on francis lewis blvd which is not a far run from either the GCP and the LIE

 

there is a big parking lot on Hillside and Francis Lewis.. by the mini mall.. maybe you could link up there?

They are putting together some promotional flyers that will include available discounts for our "club" members.
