Not sure about the way they run things in Boston, but here in Cali, Santa Clara County to be more specific... if you take someone to small claims court... well, nothing happens and nothing changes if the person being sued does not show up... the case gets dropped...Originally Posted by skipperG35

nah..in boston if the person doesn't show up u win........
N if they don't wanna pay, you can put a lien against their property....N i doubt they would want a lien against their business over a coupe dollars.....
