I'm glad you brought this up, cause I'd like some opinions.
I have to be honest with you... I've started to wonder if it's worth the hassle, so I haven't called yet.

The crack ***** looked like a a real winner. She'll have my personal info, including home address, from the accident report. From her appearance and from that complete POS she hit me with, I can tell that she's broke and one step away from living under a I290 overpass. Hitting her with a lawsuit, do I stand a chance of this piece of trash becoming a problem for me?
I certainly don't need her pimp wanna-be drug dealing boyfriend coming around my residence looking for trouble.

I mean, even if I win a settlement, what are the odds of me ever seeing a penny from that piece of scum.

What do you guys think?
Is it worth chasing someone who a$$packs your car at a red light for loss of value, or am I setting myself up for a whole 'nother nightmare?
