Boston, MA and Surrounding Area Meet and Cruise
Great pics.
Why did those cars that were backed into spots have parking tickets?
Meter maids: People who couldn't hack being a cop and too poor to donate to a Sheriff to get hired as a political hack

oooh those were actually car show flyers. show info on one side and looked like a ticket on the other
I still saw a meter maid in one pic. A man in dire need of having his uniform hemmed properly. Oh, wait... that's why he's a meter maid
.
it was great seeing all of the people from last summer that dropped off the grid over the winter.
TheDude: loving the sound of that vortech homie. I'll let you know how that new impeller performs when I get my kit installed
Jdub03: I'll take care of that headlight for you whenever you have time

Hey look... I'm on the internet.. I must be famous!!!
That's me on the far left hanging out with Ian and his girlfriend.

I have come to realize that I need to be more assertive and social at these things. I find a few people I know and never end up meeting anyone new. I talk to a lot of you here online and still haven't met anyone in person.
Yesterday was great. Awesome weather, a great breeze coming off the water and we had an awesome turnout. If we do this again, the Bayside Expo parking lot may be a thought. Either that, or we need to start this thing at 8am.
If we all get out there way early, park in a row 200 long.... that would be friggen awesome and SO worth the early rise and shine.
Great seeing everyone and hope to be out there again soon.
Mass... did you take the exam?
How do you think you did?

Thanks to everyone who showed up. The meet had such a great turnout. Great meeting all the new faces from the area and from online. Next up is the Summer Time Meet/BBQ!

Onto the rest:
I did. Results aren't posted until October, I think.
I'm confident. They say "always go with your first answer", but I went over one section of 45 questions 3 times (the section of reading comprehension). Second time I found three blatant mistakes I made. Those three questions are easily the difference between getting the call and not, so shame on anyone who didn't check their work over and over.
The other two are psych / work experience, so I went over then one extra time.
"How many traffic citations did you recieve that resulted in a conviction in the last year?"
0
"How often do you break a motor vehicle law and not get caught?"
Never
Once a year
A few times a year
Once a month
Once a week or more.
It's impossible to drive a few miles w/out breaking some law, like touching a lane marker, stopping after a stop-line, etc. Baaaaad question for a test like this
