i'm in from jersey. i never organized a meet or even been to one for that matter so i'm not really experienced on how to get one started. if someone wants to talk about it and get something started then let me know..

I will take over...I did it last year...

I suggested some dates. I am thinking a Sunday would be best for everyone...we can all hang out there during the day and avoid the traffic going home since that is earlier in the day.

Suggest one of those Sundays that I threw up there as a date so that I can keep a head count going and put an official date up next week...

Cactus, the G35X is treatin me very well Since harrisburg ive added an ipod hookup (not hardwired though) and the windows are getting tinted 30% all around next week! Other than that shes just about the same. Im up to 7,000 miles and loving every one of them. Any mods on urs yet? As for this beach-meet thing, we got pa on lock. So far we are the only two to step up and rep PA, so organizing should be a breeze. If anyone else is cruisin from pa holla at me or cactus and well all agree on an area to meet at, then drive down together. i think we should make a night of it too...all these people with such good taste in cars in one spot can only be a good thing! peace

 

Geethree5X, I think there are some cats running around York, Pa from an earlier thread. Maybe I can track them down. No mods yet cause I have too many other bills. I'm gonna need some new shoes for my GSXR after this weekend!

I think the more the merrier...I think all would agree...and arent you coming to the SM park meet this Sunday?? if I'm not mistaken....

OK so we got it as follows:

Proposed Coordinators duties:
1. Keep and post headcount,
2. rustle up people to come,
3. Get G-LINES (aka Caravans) start points to meet from your area and ride to meet together
4. keep everything organized for your area, food if involved, directions, PM people on Attendee list, etc

I'll edit and update posts as needed please just ask...its no problem

I think since this is in Jersey...G35Girlie please pick location and give address to other coordinators so we can get directions....

Hi All

Time's agettin' short for a meet @ the shore. Let's get a date and location confirmed.

I'm in for the weekend of the 14th or 15th.

There are also some early birds who would like to make it down there a day early so let's get this sucker goin.

If the SM meet which basicly was a "local' meet is any indication, we should be able to get alot of G's there.

Some ppls like blitz need to plan vacation time for their journey to the jersey shore.

Let's go folks!! Make it happen.

 

Looks like this thread might be dying out! I still say it would be better in Sept. or later for the simple fact of less people and craziness and the rooms are so much cheaper for those of us from PA that want to get it on!!!!

Hmmm this thread does look like its on its way downhill,
but lets give it some time.......maybe its too far for some...

Lets see what happens..........like O_NO said there isnt much to do for NY crew except tell us a date.....

We can get G's being that our squad is familiar with eachother...so I'm trying to leave it on Jersey to get a date up
and some people also for PA and the other areas

I dont think the NY crew will go if its just gonna be about 10-15 of them and just a few sprikles of NJ,PA and CT G's....

but lets see what happens

PA is ready to roll! Just say when and where (NJ peeps) and im in...Im feelin August simply because there will prally be more girls down the shore as oposed to sept or oct, but im down for whenever...i will have the 'X' all shined up and ready to roll!
