Guys, we definitely have to plan out the next one. I'd suggest something going out farther east, but will everyone be up for it? Maybe in the fall we can do a long farm drive to pick pumpkins or something?

OBI parking lot leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to relaxing and BBQing. State Park Officers will probably chase us off. I think maybe another park is in order, especially since we'll need a large parking lot to run the nitro cars! (Preferably AFTER Neil parks his car where it belongs!)

I say lets go all out, make it an all day event type deal. Volleyball net and all! But you should have these meets bi monthly. Too frequent and then you will just get the usual guys showing up all the time.... unless thats your plan.

Yeah I think everyone saw that blue coupe, but it needs a mod really bad. Did everyone see it? It had this yellowish license plate with black letters!!!! That's gotta get traded in for a nice white one with blue letters and numbers. It would go much better with the blue! JK
I think that carribean blue grows more on me everytime I see it!!

Field 2 at Robert Ho'ses, I mean Moses, has Volleyball nets already set up! BBQ's too! The problem there is parking and all the idiots who carry their chairs and crap scraping them off of each car! I say we need a nice long cruise to Montauk (state park)!!! What better place for photos!!! Who's in? Maybe we can make that the final or second to final meet. It would probably be great to do a final meet a lil upstate when the leaves start changing.....mid October I would guess? We would probably get people from NJ, CT, and PA too for that one!

I'm thinkin Aug 21st Sat........date wise....for a final Summer meet and maybe do a final meet in Sept or early early Oct....I HATE cold weather...even chilly weather..LOL

Location I was thinking maybe Cunningham..in Queens, maybe North Jersey only because......I'm thinking we should try and expand out to Jersey and maybe PA and CT and Jersey is more centralized for them...

We can get with the North Jersey people for location and toss the idea to a couple of PA and CT people to see what thier turnout #'s might be and if they get kind of high then we can do it in north jersey

Blitz I know that means you wont come out.....and we may lose some of the Suffolk guys....(the Tri-state area is bigger than just the Island guys)....

But like I said depending on what the turnout may be, if not we can do it in Queens (to make it closer for Jersey and CT)and take the (high-speed) cruise out to the Island so you guys can get closer to home.

BUT PLEASE LET'S NOT TOSS THESE IDEAS AROUND ON THIS THREAD.....

JUST KEEP IT TO PICS AND COMMENTS...AND WE'LL START A NEW THREAD ON THE MEET IDEAS....I JUST WANTED TO TOSS IT OUT THERE REALLY QUICK
