changing the dash light color?

how hard is this?.. i seen some LEDs on ebay that does it.. but i dont trust it at all..

does anyone do it here?

Yes please introduce yourself seeing as this is your first post. The dashboard lights are SMT's which need to be soldered on and there has to be more than 50 of them done to do an entire conversion of the lighting system.
