Why can't they just wire the remote start up thru the neutral switch....just like on a coupe. This way it will only start when the shifter is in neutral.

Anyone want to go to the Motortrend car show at the Richmond convention center its the 11, 12 or 13
I was thinking about going on the Friday because of the vabeach thing

There's a discount on this site http://www.motortrendautoshows.com/richmond that give you a dollar off and a free 12month subscription to motortrend

This a was a fun car show went last year and there were tons of brand new cars domestic to exotic

So called the place about the car alarm and asked about one with a remote start and they said 700 bucks don't want to pay that much seems a bit high....

Damn Ryan you beat me too it, but since i already wrote up this whole speel on MyG37.com im gonna just post it here too. You get credit though
Alright guys, not sure if any of you will be interested because its the day before the Va Beach meet but im wanting to get some of ya'll together and try to go to the Richmond Auto Show. Its held the weekend of March 11th(friday)- March 13th(sunday). I was thinking of going Friday after work. Tickets are $9,if you have a student ID buy one ticket get a second adult admission free. Also, and this is kinda the main reason i go, they offer a free years subscription to Motor Trend Magazine with every ticket purchase. I will say, the auto show here in Richmond is nothing to write home about, but we are bunch of car guys and they do have a few nice concepts and pricey vehicles(Bentley's duhh) there to look at. Shouldn't take more than an hour to walk the showroom floor and get a good look at every car.So if you guys express some interest in it maybe we could get together and grab some dinner afterwards somewhere downtown. Time TBA once i see if any of you guys are interested.

Richmond Auto Show Friday March 11th

1.) Bentley
2.) Ryan

I'd still be scared to do that. If something were to fail, and the person left the car in gear, someone would end up having a bad day.

I have to train myself not to leave my car in gear in certain places as it is. I'd hate to crank up my car in the morning and it ended up in my living room because I left it in gear, cranked it, and let out the clutch.
