I finally got new hid bulbs. Ne one good at taking the bumper off and on? Cuz I'm not hahaha and I don't really wanna tackle that by myself. Neon down to help.? I tried going through the inner finder but couldn't get that cap off. If neon has ne ideas on that one too

 

I can do that in about a half hour with the right spot. If you have a heated (or somewhat warm garage) I'd be down to help. Lmk.. No need to PM just post it up here I see it pretty frequently
