I'll be out of town the entire weekend for work. Gone Friday morning to Sunday night. Also just paid tuition and now the Honda needs $600 in work. Needless to say the "Fun" department expenses are going to be severely anemic for quite sometime.
I do remember this being stated in the Wheels to Heal thread....
I need a second opinion about the Honda. Something doesn't add up to me...
Got an inspection done last week at Pearson Honda. They said after the inspection that my water pump has a leak and needs to be replaced. It is my understanding that the water pump is directly integrated with the radiator and coolant to help keep the car at correct temperatures. If there is a leak in the water pump I would be losing coolant, correct? Every time I check the coolant levels on the radiator I have not lost any fluid. When I bought the Honda the guy was able to produce a receipt to show the timing belts were done at 100k miles. The timing belts and water pump are directly integrated with each other. Unless the guy photo shopped the receipt then the water pump should be fine. I think Pearson is trying to get some extra money since the car is at 150k miles now and they are just assuming nothing has been done. What do you all think?

As far as I know, sounds like they are trying to get their hands in your pocket....to the best of my knowledge if the water pump has a leak, you should be losing fluids....
