Once I get my car on the road ill be down. My headlights in the C10 work when they feel like it. Plus Im broke.

Ill be out for a birthday party on friday night, If its anywhere good or in providence ill post up the location if anyone out and about.

I didnt win it. I also found out you cant use it with a desicant bead setup. So now my boss is gonna buy me one, which my law he has to.

Not much to show on the car yet. Ill hopefully drive it to work on saturday and sand it. All the jambs are done except under the hood itself. Im sure ill block and reprime a few spots. Maybe ill strip the roof saturday if I dont get too drunk tomorrow.


I have a full paint on a tercel tomorrow too and its not even in primer yet and needs to be jambed. Sometimes I hate cars lol

 

^ So what are you going to do on the tercel? Prime it then bake it and then sand and mask the hole car......... then paint the hole thing?! Are you just going to hang the doors next to it and spray both sides or jamb them, dry them, hang them, then re-sand and mask Ya thats not a fun day, unless you suprise the guy and spray candy over it But your boss might **** a brick lol

 

Yup prime it and bake it. Ill do the doors with the bumpers. By then my helper should have most of it da'ed. Ill shoot the rest with the doors off. Its an old **** box. We had to make the rockers and dog legs. Its not worth the time, I have no idea why we are even working on it.

Today before that I paint eye lids on a AMG C63. Not sure why the kid didnt just put a wrap on it or pull the light apart and paint it. ****s gonna chip and peal but the customer wants it that way and hes paying for it.

 

Mike, I don't know what the plan is for Sat. I won't know until tomorrow morning. The band I thought was playing there tomorrow will be there tonight, so I don't know how the crowd will be. I'll txt you tomorrow.

 

no problem at all. my weekend is pretty free and flexible at this point. I think the GF is going out with her sister or working or something anyway.

I'm tempted to do some more custom work to my headlights this weekend since I have 3 days off but I don't know if I feel like drilling and soldering 75 LEDs and load reisistors into my headlights...

its ALOT of work and its time consuming having to test everything too so thats still up in the air
