Tail Light tint

To get my tail light tinted (smoke) or not to get my tail light tinted? Opinions please!

Out here in Cali tail light tint/paint is real common and looks sexy! I think it looks better with white or black cars though. I say if you have nothing else to spend the money on, do it!

Yeah that seems the most popular place to get them. Just remember it would probably help if you got a place to install them for you cause that would be a pain!

It takes time to put them on ans can get a little frustrating, but it's not hard. I've done it on two cars.

I'm going with a strong "negative" on this one.

People have a hard enough time not rear-ending eachother as it is. Are you sure you want some old hag with huge glaucoma sunglasses creaming into you because she can't see your brake lights come on?

Even with out the cutouts there is a lot of light getting through. Especially with the way the G's tail lights are.

i just sprayed mine with tint spray (after some fine wet sanding that is) then finished it off with some clear, pretty simple.

I think they look sick on the coupes, but I have a sedan so I am not sure how it will turn out

i forget the name but it was something like "midnite tint spray" you can get them at any tuner shop. if you havent done it before be careful! read a few tutorials.
