Re: Bubbles?

Everyone going with Huper in the area has been going to a place upsate NY, probably not even that far from you. Supposedly the work is great and many peeps drive up to 4 hrs to get it done there. I think it's close to Orange Cty Choppers, so you may be able to make a day of it if you like choppers or their show. Huper I believe is ceramic tint which will not interfere with radio signals like metallic tint will (with cars like ours where the antenna's are on the rear window). In addition, they block more UV rays and supposedly keep the cars a little cooler.
A good installer can cover the dit matrix without any problems. If an installer says he can't, then he isn't good enough! Check out pics that WIL has posted. He is a tinter in SF and does great work according to other peeps on here. He is very knowledgable and will be be able to direct you in the irght direction.

The place in Ny that does the huper is james tint www.jamestint.com . Only $250, a bunch of people have gone there includeing speedoholic and myself and they do great work. About a 3hr drive each way for me. You should of said something before the meet you could of checked out some of the cars in person. He does not go over the dotmatrix but its not that noticeable.

Re: Bubbles?

Unfortunately my car was already tinted before I even heard of Huper tint. I had the guy that did my truck. He did a great job on my truck, many years ago when he actually did it. I specifically asked the place if he was still doing the tinting and they said yes. So I took it there, but his croanies were doing it. They did a good job, but not great! Their cuts are the best, but that dot matrix pisses me off. Next meet I will def look at yours n speeds to see his work.

Re: Bubbles?

Holy ish...You traded your AT for a new 6mt??? Thats crazy. You must of had alot of change in your pocket. How much did you lose out? I actually heard from In-bo (which I assume you know) saw my G couple nights ago and he mentioned about you trading in a AT for 6MT. Hope you enjoying that stick!
There's another tint spot where I cant recall the name but my boy had his SpecV tinted for $99. I'll ask if your interested. They did a good job for 99 bucks in my opinion. Check out my profile there should be a picture there with a SpecV but you cant really see the tints since the picture was taken during the night.

Samurai?? You talkin about WU-TEK? lol... I thought his tranny got shot because of the supercharger. I havent seen him lately.
Btw I have a sedan. I also know Harrison has one too the same color do u know him by any chance?
I dont really get to see much G's in Philly. What about you?
