Those things are like little toys that you can hang from your car....i see stis and civics with them all the time up here. Sometimes it looks nice other times people just over do it and it looks like **** lol

 

I do NOT understand that at all, lol. There were a bunch of them at the TST meet a few weeks ago that we were laughing at.
