hey anyone from philly besides illphilly215 wanna come to the races with me and my friends on the weekends? its phat....almost like fast and the furious, except more crap cars....ahhahaha but literally its like over 200- 300 people people and MAD cars......when the cops come its crazy...mayhem.......but its SOI fun~! so let go!!!!!!

They do this on streets of Philly.
Where? Front street is a infamous spot and still is for these activities. Couple years back the cops have been patrolling that area but seems like they have stopped since not many people go there now.
When? Mostly they do it on the weekends and of course during the night!!
