I called a bunch of places around CT and got the same price for the 3M ClearBra ($780 installed). Does anyone have any advice for pre-install prep? I am having it put on at Coastal Tint in Milford, CT because they were the nicest and most professional when I called. There was another place in Orange, CT that said they do the installs for the local Infiniti dealership and do many G35's that I feel like I probably should have gone with but Coastal already has my credit card info. Anyone have the ClearBra who can maybe shed some light on the process so i know how it works and how I can better prepare the car?

Hey - I live in Danbury, CT. Your the first guy i have seen on this board that is relatively in my same area. I dont see many coupes aound town, i think you would agree. I really enjoy this car, had it since Nov 03. I have been looking for places to get some work done to mine also but it doesnt seem like there are many places around.

I would contact ATX Motorsports in Wethersfield CT.
I've see the guy (Danny) in action and he does an amazing job. The film is also pre cut, so no mess ups there either.

Thanks for the help guys. I actually put the clearbra on hold for a bit because of my oil consumption problem. I've burned almost 3 quarts in 3,000mi. so needless to say I'm not happy with the car at this point and just in case they declare it a lemon I don't want to have just thrown $800 out the window. But if they can indeed fix it I will give ATX a call for sure. This is something I refuse to do myself.
