I left them on the work bench to let the silicone dry that I used to reseal the lenses to the casing. I'll finish up the wiring and stuff when I get home tonight and hopefully snap a couple shots of the completed markers on the car. I didnt like that the load resistors and some of the wiring could be seen thru the lenses so I used a bottle of KH3 touch up paint and covered all areas inside the marker except the actual faces of the LEDs. They look so much cleaner now with the lenses on than they did before and I'm really happy with how they came out.

I may take my other set of side markers apart and build another set of these and offer them up to a local if someone wants them...
I did something similar to mine. I have 2 strips with 30 total LEDs in each side marker. I siliconed all the wires internally and then painted them with some silver paint to hide all the wiring. I got a adapter which plugs into the stock harness so everything is plug and play. Took me about 45 minutes per light. The amount of light these put out is rediculous...

I was wondering if you ever thought about putting an HID setup in place of the crummy backup lights on an '05 G35 (round lenses). I live in a rural area with the nearest streetlight is about 2 miles away. I put some LED bulbs in, Look nice /no better. My driveway is 180 ft long. Hope you can come up with something.
