Doesn't matter to me, both dates are good.
One thing though, since we're talking end of October here, how about you guys hop across the bridge, and for a half hour drive north, we can all enjoy a great scenery with twisty roads and awesome foliage, which I'm sure will compliment our cars....

Any thoughts?

17th... 23rd is Hot Imort Nights weekend as mentioned and I'm heading down to Jersey for that... as well as some other folks...

And yes, there are some REALLY nice roads upstate... I live about an hour north of NYC...and quite frankly, it's not a bad drive, especially with Fall approaching. 684 has newly paved roads (3 lanes of SMOOOOOOTH roads), but lots of State Troopers so we'd have to send a gunner or something ahead... Or better yet, we can just gun thru Suffolks County since one of ours is the D.A. in that county... [img]/w3timages/icons/wink.gif[/img]

Taconic Parkway is always fun... LOTS AND LOTS of twisties... LOL [img]/w3timages/icons/laugh.gif[/img] Just a thought for those who don't leave the city and want to drive on nice (non-pothole ridden roads like LIE or BQE)...
