stolen rims

Just wanted to let everyone know that my rims and tires were stolen of my g35 in my driveway while I slept. The same thing happened a g35 2 streets away from me. I've purchased wheel locks since. There is definately a market out there for them. It cost me $500 for the deductible. It cost the insurance co. another $4800.

Re: stolen rims

Same thing happened to me a couple of weeks ago... =[

I know of another forum member that it happened to as well on the same day. It seems that there is a market for our 18" rims... you see Altimas, Maximas sporting these and have to wonder where they got it from...

Best of luck to you Carpisa... Once you take that moola and get a new set of Aftermarket rims... it'll make you feel MUCH better!

Where did this happen btw?

Re: stolen rims

damn Carmine, I never thought about that, but that's a pretty good idea if you have some aftermarket rims. I might actually consider doing that if I get some 19's.. lol

Re: stolen rims

My dealer at Millenium told me that cinder blocks fit perfectly under a G Coupe with 18s...
