How about on a nice saturday or sunday we get a pick-up game of flag football or something? Looks like we can get a nice game of 11 on 11. Plus it may give a chance to work out all the aggression on these forums lately, in a nice safe manner.

For those that are less athletic, how about softball? You have to know someone who can lend you a baseball mitt.

Same here. I would actually prefer tackle. All of us have insurance right

But I don't think flag/touch would be a deal breaker, whereas tackle might. I'd hate for someone to end up with a cracked rib or broken nose for a fun outing. If this one works out great, maybe we can get a tackle game another time.

With flag football, it doesn't require that much skill to participate and have fun. Even if you are out of shape, you can play offensive line and then work the QB pressure on defense.

The reason i say O-line, is cause we don't know how many people are gonna show up. If we end up with 8 on 8, and you got 6 people going out for a pass... its' gonna be crazy.

Angels, you would probably be the expert on this since you are in the league. Is it hardcore or the same old school 2 completions is a first down? 7 mississippi rush? LOL! That brings back memories just typing it in.

Ok... what would you guys think about this:

Since the playoffs are in full swing, should we try to get in a softball game before it gets too cold? Cause we can even play football in the snow. Or should we just stick to football? We would need 14 definite for softball. Only 8 for football.

1st choice: Softball until 10/24
2nd choice: Football
Day: Saturdays or Sundays - don't work weekends.

If you are only into football, then just put that and leave second choice blank. Remember, it'll be dark out by 5:30.

BTW, this is more of a family reunion type game. Not a competitive high school tournament deal.
