Is there someone that mods headlights with projectors and blackouts in the NJ area? Appreciate your help.

 

I believe there is a guy in ny that mods headlights... I know its not in nj but might be close to you... I believe hi-techg35 got his headlights wrapped in cf from the guy if I recall correctly, maybe pm him and ask him who to contact...
