Is Infiniti of Columbus-OH Mod Friendly?

Anyone know how the Service Mgrs. at Infiniti of Columbus feel about mods and warranties on our cars?

Thanks,

I had my front brakes and rotors warranty done (30K miles). They had no interest at all in helping with an upgrade.
They told me I had to do it "aftermarket", I wanted to pay the difference to Brembos.
To me, their service was weak and only wants easy OE work.

There may be a very good reason why they did want to do that. Maybe the replacement hardware is being tracked to justify the free replacement policy, who knows? At any rate, I bot 2 sedans from them and they had no trouble installing a couple of CAI's for me.

I asked a service mgr. if they could install the UR pulley-they said no way-because they can't warranty non OEM parts

Maybe, or maybe they had no interest.
It has to do with the people working there.
They told me no. No explaination or other options, just no.

Well, Rob changed my mind.
Just had my rear brakes done and talked to rRob -Dir. of Service/SvcMgr?
He seemed like an enthusiast and tried to sell me on why they should do my mods.
I liked that
