I've gotten tickets on PIP b4 also, was going about 85/50. i got away with it bec i had nissan and skyline badging..and ticket was written 04' white NISSAN SKYLINE ..therefore the registration didn't match up..so..i was pretty lucky.

Let me just warn you about your court date. I belive u have to be there about 3:00 pm.."don't expect to be finished until 8:00 pm"

Do you have NJ or NY Lic? if NJ...u pretty much screwed. IF NY..all u gotta do is pay $$$.
