Fender Rolling-Urgent!

So I have new wheels and tires ready for installation on my lowered coupe (eibach pro) and camber kit installed. The wheels are 19x9.5 +45 F +33R. Since they are German I have to install these 31mm adapters. So if I'm correct that = +14 offset in the front. So i must roll them and I can't go far since Im driving on a spare and an unaligned/unadjusted newly installed camber kit. My rear fenders are cut. The guy I went to said the fronts don't need rolling but I def. do. Anyone know any spots or people up here in North NJ that I can roll my fenders at/with.
Thanks

uhhhh...i'm running even more aggressive setup then u and i don't have rubbing issues...maybe u need stretched tires...flat tires will tend to rub...and having stretched tires will usually fix that problem...i only had my rear fenders rolled and i'm running a 19x11 w/ +0 offset..my front is a 19x9.5 +2 offset...
