i'll be speaking to the body shop in the morning to see what the deal is.... Allstate is starting to **** me off.
X, you saw the pix..... the rear fender is pretty mangled. i dunno how well it could be bondo'd back into shape, but we'll see what they say.

Steve in all seriosness, you want to avoid cutting off the rear fender as much as possible. This is very noticable to since your going to see the handmade welds along the door seem and where the trunk opens.
The rear fender is def fixable, they can pull it out as best as possible and then smooth over it with bondo. if they know what there doing they will make it perfect.

yea i figured he had the supercharger to match.... nobody buys that hood for the looks LoL
i'm interested to see how the new HKS supercharger pans out. with the crew i roll with (Ford F150 Harley Davidson Edition & Audi S4) i feel like my G needs a healthy dose of BOOST to keep up.

Nice to see some chatter going on in Staten Island. I'm on the northern half of the island and would be interested in anything that goes down.
I'm looking forward to riding around on my new wheels and tires once they show up

I just ordered a set of Enkei RP03 Racing Wheels with Conti ExtremeContacts A/S. If I really dig them they may become my summer rims. I have a Ford Explorer as a second car in the family so the G does not see snow really. Just protecting against cold temps and wet road surfaces.
As a side note, does anyone in the area have any of the popular exhaust systems? I am going to start my shopping for one soon and sound is a big factor for me.

Re: Staten Island G's... post up!
x, i saw you tonight on hylan in new dorp. i was right behind you in a silver Lexus RX330 (i honked when i passed you).
the current top 5 are (all in 19inch):
NISMO LMGT-4, SSR Vienna Sovereign, Axis Milano, Volk GT-C in silver or gunmetal, and probably the PIAAs.
i love the SSR's b/c they are chrome so they've got the bling factor but still retain the classy, simple 5-spoke design. the NISMO (in 19 size) would be unique, nobody's got them really. i feel like the Volks are becoming more and more common. and the PIAA's are definitely cool (similar in design to the Work Meister S2R, which i also like) the axis are almost 1/2 the cost of the rest of them, which is definitely a factor. i threw the SF-Winnings in below to see how i felt about the look of a multispoke wheel. i also threw in the Volk Progressiv Spoke b/c they're a new design.
the boredom from not having my G to play with is killing me. so i fired up Photoshop..... check 'em out.... (some of the sizes might be a little screwy, but i wasn't going for scale so much as to just see how the wheel design looked against my car)
