Hey, I did a search and saw a lot of people trying to make connections in upstate new york over the years, but no real designated thread. I know there's a few on here, so let's be more active. I know I've seen some G35's around also and I know there's a semi-active 350z scene up here.

So let's meet each other and make some plans to cruise / meet. Also let's keep spottings in here. it's hard being an enthusiast in upstate NY haha.

This Sunday there is a car n show meet in english town nj well is this weekend but me and my friends r heading down on sunday. Im driving down with mycar also we have 2 gtis going my friend with his 11 s4 and my friend with his bmw 535i. If anyone wants to go let me know where just staying there for a day. And once we hit pa we will be going fast lol.

 

im from rochester....i'd be down for a meet somewhere....als have a few buddies with G's & Z's aswell.

 

Spotted a DG g37 at the intersection of Rt 20 and New Karner Rd last night just before 11. Dude had a lady with him, and give a thumbs up when he realized another G was upon him.

Could Albany be a good central location for a meet? I know several great restaurants in the area that would love to host something like this.

 

In all fairness, I think syracuse is. (sounds sketchy since I'm in cuse haha) but really, it's dead center.

Also, there's a show/meet in Connecticut tomorrow. I went last year and will be going tomorrow. If anyone is interested it'd be GREAT if we went down together.

Serious Noob question. If you were to meet up to drive down to a meet with someone, are you expecting to be a rat pack flying down the interstate at 90, making passes, or is the general theme a smooth, speed limit + 5 or so line of sweet cars? I'm slightly cop shy, and want to know the expectations before I find myself left in the dust.

Also, next weekend should be highly considered.

 

well, in regards to if you met up with me and went down to connecticut, going on 81S we'd just cruise at a comfortable not to be bothered speed, but when you're with 20+ cars some will do what they want, but you should NEVER feel like you have to keep up, that's what GPS's are for. And also what radar detectors are for
