Sister drove my car and hit some pipe, need new front end and something wrong starting the car, idk if its the crappy battery or from the pipe but car wont start, does the body shop fix that or ......?

know any reputable and good shops i can trust around MA? The closer to Natick/Wellesley area the better since I have to tow it there but im open to all shops
