Plan to open a drift course.

To everyone, I was thinking about to open up a huge parking lot, or industrial building with parking lot and turning that into a drift course. I am slowly getting all my info together and trying to get it to work out. My plan is to have a local place meaning around Philly area, cause all other race tracks are too far away and cost too much and have to many regulations, I just want to have some fun whipping the car around and knowing that I’m not going to get a ticket for it. I know there are people out there that need to get it out of there system. I have to resist everyday from speeding, burning out, or drifting on a beautiful corners . I just want to see what you guys or girls, think of this idea and how many people be interested in doing it once a month or every weekend. I was also thinking having shows with bikes and drifts or quarter mile racing. My friend his uncle owns a bike shop TOCC and they have really nasty bikes and have couple stunt riders who always need to practice so it’ll be a show for people and they get theirs. (I know there is a lot legal work that has to go in with permits, and not in every locations its possible to do it, but its time for a change, like Obama said lol) If anyone has some more info about race tracks or anything that can help me out with my research, will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you &
Safe driving

O.G

I cant spill much,as you & me are on the same boat.

Its a 5 year plan so i want to make sure i cover all legal things and than get something going. They have it in west coast all the time and down south its time to have it here. But IF i do get something like that my only other main issue is spreading the word and than all people showing up.
