Rookie- Why in the hell did you ever get an IS300 after having 2 beautiful sports cars like an RX-7 and a Supra? I don't know whether to give you props on those 2 beasts that you owned or scold you for every buying an IS300...LOL welcome to the boards man...

G35Tuning, I had IS300 before RX-7 and Supra. No way I would buy it after owning two fine sports cars... Thanks for the welcome And we forgive you for not being Korea. lol

werd, I sold the Supra and had the RX-7 for a while because the insurance charges sky-rocketed after few tickets and one accident (learned my lesson the hard way... never drive even on 1" of snow with summer tires... ) It went up to like $6k for 6 months so there was no chioce... So I had RX-7 with liability only because there is no way in hell you would get a real market value if anything happens to it plus that was the only way I could afford the insurance for a while.

So after an year or so with the RX-7, my insruance rates went down enough for me to buy another good car. RX-7 was fast but also was a total disaster... It was down 50% of times and was just too damn cruel when it came to comfort. So I got rid of it, and wanted something more luxurious but fun at the same time. I was either gonna buy STi or G, but after seeing and driving G in person, I just couldn't bring myself to buy STi.... it looked so cheap and ugly in comparison(no offense to STi owners... this is all relative to G. STi looks good and I love the car ), so I ended up with the G

That was a long story... haha. I don't think I will get away from Supras, either. I want one so bad but that will have to come at later point in life when I can afford to have a second car.

My dream car is the 98' Turbo supra...I had a hard time finding it then and able to afford it as well. Ah, man what I wouldn't give for one still. The 95 RX-7 is a beauty too, as much trouble as you say you had, I would still love to have one of those too!

I am waiting for the 07 Supra to come back!!

 

Nice taste in cars.... those are my 2 favorite cars from the last century (Rx-7, Supra). My roommate in college had a TT Supra... but I was a broke college student at the time and could only drool when I kicked it with the Socal Supra Club w/ him.

If that's the 2007 Supra, I might consider a trade... just cause i've been in love with the Supra since I 1st saw that commercial back in the mid'90's. Wow, that makes me sound old...

 

Babiephat - haven't seen pics of what the 07 supra might look like, but just heard about it. I have to add to that too a GS430 Lexus!
